Will FilPass have access to the student records and school accounts? How do we address the concern for data privacy?

There will be no issues with data privacy because FilPass will not have access to student data. Only the school and the student will have access to the data and academic records that they own. 

 

FilPass features a blockchain-secured system that cannot be readily hacked; therefore, data privacy will not be an issue. Data cannot be stolen unless an individual grants authorization and access to certain records. In addition, we have a revoke feature that allows us to take back and preserve records. 

 

FilPass cannot use the data or the school and will not be able to use the data for our personal purposes.  

We will just provide the FilPass system to the school, and they will be able to upload, issue, and validate student and employee data on their own.
