How do we protect deal flow? If another IMC knows the school I know, who will be getting the commission for a successful deal?

There will be a three-month lock in period for each marketing consultant.
To begin, the marketing consultant sends FilPass the list of schools that they would like to approach. After this, FilPass will give them three months to discuss a partnership with the school. No other person can sell or pitch to the school without the marketing consultant’s permission.
The first partner to reserve a school in their name will be locked in for three months. This implies they will be able to work with the school. We will extend their lock in time for another three months following our initial meeting with the school.
If the partner is unable to organize at least one meeting within three months, we will pass it on to the next individual who can close the deal. |
